As a recruitment agency, we focus on 4 sectors: Food, Logistics, Industry and Global Energy. We focus on Interim, Detavast, Detachment & Staffing and Recruitment & Selection professionals.
We place professionals on an interim basis. In advance we agree on a specific period of time. After this period, the cooperation between both parties ends unless there are other desires. These desires will be discussed during the interim period.
This is a combination of secondment and recruitment & selection. We place the employee as if they were hired by you from the first moment. Only when both parties are satisfied on a pre-agreed date, the employee will officially join the company.
The professional is employed by Sourcewell’s payroll partner. As a client you have an open vacancy that needs to be filled. This often concerns a pre-arranged period. The professional works for your organization for the designated period.
As a client, you hire the professional from the beginning on. This can be on a temporary or permanent basis. We take care of the entire solicitation process.
