In this role you will be leading the Quality systems team (3 direct reports) and you are primarily responsible for ensuring that the quality standards, processes and systems are efficiently support internal quality practices.

As quality systems manager you will work closely with QA systems, local sites QA groups, engineering and purchasing group to assure that quality systems are in place and new developments are incorporated in the internal systems. Develop and maintain related Food Safety standards internally together with Business Area’s, European Supply Chain, Purchasing and Sourcing & Trading;

  • Work on developing alignment within different quality systems based on ISO 9001:2015 and FSSC22000 globally (High Level structure);
  • Develop and maintain Global Quality Assurance and Foodsafety policy with the support of Quality Director;
  • Develop centralized Quality Training Material for production sites and operations;
  • Support implementation of Quality Strategy;
  • Revitalize and implement Food Safety & Quality Key performance indicators (KPIs);
  • Support Developing Quality Culture program;
  • Lead and participate on Quality Improvement projects;
  • Support implementation of Electronic Quality Management System;
  • Lead and/or support projects, representing QA function;
  • Develop and maintain overall working models, procedures and instructions;
  • Support purchasing on defining quality and food safety requirements for raw materials and suppliers;
  • Manage QA Systems team and budget.


  • Degree in Quality Management / MBA and or Food Science;
  • Affinity to work with Business processes;
  • 4+ years’ experience within Food or Pharmaceutical industry;
  • Knowledge of Food Safety Management systems ( FSSC22000 , BRC, etc) and HACCP;
  • Experience in aligning different Quality Management Systems;
  • Strong Project Management skills;
  • Hands on mentality;
  • Black Belt certification (or equivalent) will be an asset;
  • Cultural savvy.
